Your Membership

Your membership includes access to our server for education, mentorship, and a positive community to network within. By placing your monthly recurring order, you will be charged every 30 days thereafter until you cancel your subscription. You will receive an electronic receipt after each successful transaction.

Personal Information

We collect only the username and email address you provide and do not share this information with any third parties. All reasonable practices are in place to ensure the confidential storage and handling of personal information. Your content (not including credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks and changes to conform to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. We do not have access to your credit card information; this is managed by our payment gateway providers.

We accept payments online using Visa, MasterCard, iDeal, Klarna, Bancontact in EU

Delivery & Shipping Policy

Club Vanguard will NOT deal with or provide any services or products to any OFAC-sanctioned countries in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands

Refund/Return Policy

As a general principle, we inform you that we do not offer refunds on any of our products or services due to the digital nature of our resources and the significant investment in creating, maintaining, and delivering our content.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and exceptional circumstances may arise. If you believe your situation warrants an exception to our refund policy, please contact our support team.

Cancellation & Replacement Policy

You can cancel your Club Vanguard membership at any time by letting our support team now at admin@clubvanguard.io.

Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Intellectual Property

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, or resell any part of Club Vanguard's information and services without express written permission from us.

Community Code of Conduct

All members are expected to communicate respectfully at all times. Any conduct deemed unacceptable by management will result in a warning and/or expulsion from the community.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Any purchase, dispute, or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, the US for US persons, and each European country's law of jurisdiction.
